Terms of Service

Swippey is an iOS application that lets you sort your photo library using a swipe gesture, with a 30-day trash period before permanent deletion. All processing occurs exclusively on your device. No photo is ever transmitted to external servers.

Swippey does not require account creation. The app is available for free on the App Store. Certain advanced features (unlimited access, Pro functions) require a paid subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.

Swippey Pro subscriptions are offered at the following prices:

• Weekly: €1.99 / week
• Monthly: €5.99 / month
• Annual: €44.99 / year

Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Apple and may vary by country.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are billed to your Apple ID account. No refund is issued for a current billing period, except as required by applicable law or at Apple's discretion.

Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. Swippey stores no payment information.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

• Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
• Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
• Select Swippey and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date.

For users in the European Union: the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has begun executing with your prior consent and explicit waiver of this right. By confirming a subscription purchase in the App Store, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal upon service activation.

Your photos remain exclusively on your device. Swippey accesses your photo library solely to display, sort, and delete photos according to your choices. Swippey does not copy, analyse, transmit, or store any photo on its servers. Photos placed in the trash are permanently deleted after 30 days, or immediately if you empty the trash manually.

Swippey permanently deletes photos at your direction (left swipe followed by trash emptying). You are solely responsible for your deletion choices. Swippey cannot recover permanently deleted photos.

Swippey is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the app or on swippey.app. Continued use of the application after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution, the competent courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction. EU users may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. California users may have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA — see our Privacy Policy.
